ACCREDITED ADJUDICATORS
Our two directors, Tom Flannery and Walter Towart are accredited, qualified adjudicators. Parties may by agreement seek to appoint an adjudicator directly, or either party may approach a nominating body such as the RICS.

MEET OUR DIRECTORS
TOM FLANNERY
Director | BSc(Hons), MSc, RICS-DipAdj, MRICS, MCIArb
Tom is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and construction professional with 20 years' experience in the construction industry; he has always had a keen interest in the subjects of claims, contracts and dispute resolution (ADR), and tailored his career towards working in these areas from an early stage. Tom is regularly requested to review and advise on conditions of Contract/Subcontract, schedules of amendments to standard forms, and bespoke forms of contract, for a variety of clients. Tom has acted as a representative in a large number of adjudications, for both Referring and Responding parties, in a variety of disputes and has an excellent track record; Tom is a member of the RICS (LVD) Panel of Construction Adjudicators.
WALTER TOWART
Director | MSc, RICS-DipAdj, MCIArb
Walter is a dedicated professional with over 40 years' experience working in the construction industry. With a background in claims (particularly delay analysis), Walter has latterly specialised in contracts, and dispute resolution (ADR), and he is a past-Chairman of the North-East branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Walter has acted as a representative in a large number of adjudications, for both Referring and Responding parties, in a variety of disputes and has an excellent track record; he has also acted for parties in a number of mediations. Walter is a member of the RICS President's Panel of Construction Adjudicators.
